| If you're having
trouble logging in, remember that both the login name and password are
case-sensitive, so be sure to enter lower and upper case letters as
appropriate. |

Staying Logged In? |
| If the site seems to
forget who you are, or if you have trouble staying logged in, you need
to make sure that your browser allows session cookies. Most
e-commerce sites do this now, and it is common for your browser to
already be set up to accept cookies. But if you are having these
problems, you should make sure your browser settings are set properly.
To do that, simply verify in your browser preferences that you have
your "cookies enabled", especially session cookies.
For Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Privacy >
Advanced > First-Party Cookies (Accept); Always Allow Session
Cookies (should be checked).
For Netscape: Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security >
Cookies > Enable Cookies (should be checked) |
