Depending on your terminal
type, you would do one of the following: |

How do I VOID a transaction? |
Depending on the type of
terminal, you would do one of the following. Before attempting this,
however, you need to make sure that the original transaction that you are
going to void is STILL IN THE TERMINAL. If you have already closed the
batch, then you can NOT void the transaction. You would, instead, need
to run a return transaction. |

How do I RE-PRINT a receipt? |

How do I process a CALL CENTER terminal response? |
When your terminal prompts you
to CALL CENTER, call the Voice Authorization number on your terminal,
usually 800-228-1122. Follow the voice prompts and obtain an
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Once you have that number, you need to key
in your sale into the terminal, using one of the following steps. |
