How do I change my address?
Changing your address is easy to do from the secured section of this site.  Just click the Logon button from the home page to login.  Then, select the account whose address you would like to change.  This will take you to the Account Manager.

If you have more than one account with us, and you are changing your corporate address, you can select any account and change the corporate address.  The new corporate address will be reflected on all of your accounts.   You can also change only the location address for an account from the Account Manager.

If you would like to change your address in writing, you may fax a signed request to 323-966-0056.

How do I change where my mail is sent to?
If you have a different corporate / mailing address than your business location address, you can select to which one you would like your correspondence sent.  To do this from this site, first click the Logon button from the home page to login.  Then, select the account whose mailing preference you would like to change.  This will take you to the Account Manager.  From there, click the Change Your Mailing Preference link to change where we send your mail.

If you would like to change your mailing preference in writing, you can fax a signed request to 323-966-0056.

How do I change my checking account information?
If you are going to change your checking account (the account into which we deposit your credit card funds), you will need to fax us our Checking Account Change Form, located in the Forms Library, along with a copy of a voided check from the new account.  Make sure that you select the appropriate version of the form, based on the bank at which your merchant account is placed.

Complete the form, and fax it to us at 323-966-0056.  We will contact you if we have any questions.  Also, make sure that you notify American Express and/or Discover about your account change, if you accept these cards.  We are unable to change checking information for these card companies.

How can I determine which DDA my funds are going into?
If you need to know which DDA your funds are being deposited into, you can Login to the site, then click on the Reports link at the top of the page.  From Reports, under the Daily Activity Reporting section, choose your merchant account, then select the Deposits Released report.  Adjust the date range accordingly.  Click the Print Report button. 

The report will list the date the funds were released, and the DDA into which they were released.

How do I apply to accept American Express cards?
You can apply directly from this site.  To do this from this site, first click the Logon button from the home page to login.  Then, select the account to which you would like to add American Express card acceptance.  Then, click the Apply For Amex link and follow the instructions.

How do I apply to accept Discover cards?
You can apply directly from this site.  To do this from this site, first click the Logon button from the home page to login.  Then, select the account to which you would like to add Discover card acceptance.  Then, click the Apply For Discover link and follow the instructions.

To apply via e-mail, send us a request to support@signaturecard.com.  Or, you can fax a request to 323-966-0056.

How do I stop accepting a type of card?
If you are currently accepting a card type, and no longer want to, you can turn-off that card type from this site.  To do this from this site, first click the Logon button from the home page to login.  Then, select the account from which you would like to remove card type acceptance.  Then, after you find the card type in the Card Types That You Can Accept section, click the Click To Stop Accepting link and follow the directions.
