conduct your transactions, please read this notice carefully. Velocita
recently announced that they will be de-commissioning 106 wireless towers
throughout the United States by June 30, 2007. According to Velocita,
these towers were strategically selected based on current usage patterns to
minimize impact to users. For more information on this, you can visit

| Will This Affect You? |
| If you are using a Nurit wireless
terminal, you might be affected by this change. Some terminals
utilize other networks and thus will NOT be affected. If your terminal
has a sticker on the bottom of it with a MAN and ESN number, then you might
be impacted by the change. Please call our offices at your earliest
convenience to further discuss your wireless terminal needs.
